Our contribution to the baked savoury industry is the artisan method of preparing compacted dough, made exclusively with natural ingredients [wheat flour and ONLY Monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Blanqueta” (15% of total ingredients)], hand-finished and baked to maximum 5% humidity. As the result our Artisan Crackers stay Crunchy upto 2 Hours after preparing Canapés/Tapas.
Quality Control is implemented in all phases of production during which we do NOT use GMO ingredients, Artificial Aromas nor Hydrogenated Oils.
